I have been keeping a price book for most of 5 months now and these are the best prices I have discovered with the coupons to match. This way you can save 5 months of research and compare sales to these rock bottom deals and when you know they are the lowest, buy a few so they last until the next sale. This way you'll never pay more than bottom price or free for any of these items. Also, you will know which coupons to save or trade for because these are the ones I have found the most success with. Let me know if you have more to add because I'm quite convinced that together we can beat the system!
Astro yogurt $1 (Walmart or Thrifty's) Coupons $1 or $.50= $.50-$1
Eggs $1.97 or 2/$3 (SDM) - $2 wub 2 coupon=$.49-$.97
Chrities or Triscuits Crackers $1.99 or less - $1 coupon=$.99
Kraft Dinner smart or other $.99 -$1 coupon=free
Catelli Health Harvest pasta 3/$5 - $1 wub 2 =$1.16
Nature Valley granola bars $1.69-$1.99 - $.99 coupon=$.70-$1
Campbells Light Soup $1.27 for large can (walmart) or $1 for small = free - $.27
Campbells soup $.50 - $.59 each - $1 wub 2 = free - $.09
Softlip lip balm $1.99 (SDM) - $2 printable coupon = free
Stayfree maxi pads $1.99 - $2 printable coupon = free
Greenworks cleaners $1.88 for dishsoap (London Drugs), $1.99 for all (SDM, Zellers) - $5 wub 3 or $1.50 off one = $.13 - $.50 each (of course if they are more, like $2.99 just stack at LD and they turn out free)
Laundry Soap - Old Dutch brand at Canadian Tire goes on sale all the time for $2.97 or so for 75 loads. We have softwater here so only use about 1/3 and it works great!
Redoxin dissolving vitamin c SDM $3 - $1 coupon = $2
Life Brand vitamin c or vitamin d $3
Finish quantum tabs or gels 25's $5 Walmart (pm to LD and stack lots of different coupons out there and you'll get tons free)
Tide to Go pens $4.50 - lots of different Tide and tide to go coupons = free to $1 each at LD
Old Spice deodorant $1.50 and bodywash $1.99 lots of different coupons to stack and also lots of free bodywash coupons wub deodarant or bodywash = $.50 or free + 2 free bodywashes
Gillette - pretty much the same deals but there are also $5 wub 3 items coupons as well. If you buy trial sizes this can usually be 3 free shave gels or pennies
Satin Care - $1.99 - $1 or $9 wub 3 or $7 wub 3 or $4 wub 2 = free to $1 . Also you can often get the trial sizes for free with coupons if not on sale.
Colgate total toothpaste goes on sale for $1 - $1.50 - $1.50 coupon from your dentist or orthodontist. Just ask everytime you go in for a few coupons.
Oral B Interdental toothbrushes $.99 SDM or Superstore - $1 coupon for Oral B manual toothbrush = free
Reach Toothbrush $.99 - $1 coupon = free
Toilet paper - $3.99 - $5.99 - collect Royale, Cascades, Charmin coupons and never pay more than $3 or $4 for 12 double rolls or 24 single rolls again, especially when there are lots of Charmin coupons to stack and you can get it down to about $1.75 a package.
Covergirl makeup - you can quickly make up $4.50 stacks and wait for sales to go down to $3.49 for lipstick, $4.99 for Covergirl clean makeup foundation or powder (PM Pharmasave) $6.99 for Perfect Point eyeliner as well as watch clearance bins and get tons of free or almost free makeup.
Hair colour - $4.99 - $5.99. I have had lots of success with Clairol L'Image or Clairol Natural Instincts but there are others out there too. You can get tons free or under $1.
Paper Towel - $1.88 for 8 rolls noname at SDM or there are always similar deals with Cascades, Royale, etc with coupons.
Garnier Fructis styling products trial size $1.69 - $2 coupon = free
Head and Shoulders - save your stacks of coupons and wait till they come on sale for 2/$8 = free
Pantene - $1 (smaller bottle about 1/2 size) Superstore - $.75 off one or $2.50 wub 2 = free or save your stacks for deals on bigger bottles
Listerine $1.88 SDM-$1 = $.88 each or pm to london drugs and use 2 different $1 coupons = free
Ricolla cough drops - $2.49 - $1 = $1.49
Mr. Clean Eraser - save stacks of coupons for erasers as well as Mr. Clean products and then wait for super cheap. Pm and take your stack to LD. Can't remember how cheap , but save your coupons for this one !
Vicks Vaporub $5 small tub (SDM) - $4 stacks pm to LD = $.99
Vicks Nyquil $5.99 (SDM) - $4 stacks pm to LD = $1.99
Melitta Coffee beans and ground $7- $10? Go on sale at LD and there were lots of good coupons for it for 2010. Hopefully more will come.
Maxwell house coffee large can $4.49 SDM
Folgers coffee large can $5.99 - $1 coupons = $4.99
Huggies Wipes $3 per tub at SDM - $1 coupon = $2
noname pasta SDM 2/$1.50
sugar 2kg $1.25 SDM way cheaper to buy a few of these than a big bag at the grocery store
tuna $.59 a can SDM and London Drugs
Oatmeal Country Grocer $20 for 50 lbs This is like paying for 4 of the largest bags at Superstore but getting 10 bags for your money. It is insanely cheap!
Flour - noname Superstore or Country Grocer 10 kg $4.97
Lipton Sidekicks $1 each - $1 wub 2 = $ .50 each (but yuck)
Smart Fiesta Taco Kits $2.47 Superstore - $1 = $1.47
Glade candles - Save your coupons and then watch for them to go on clearance or on sale. There have also been mail in rebates when you buy $10 worth on Right at Home (might still be on ) = free
Febreze Luminaires , soy candles, and reed diffusers - save your stacks up including ones for any febreze product and wait for a good sale $12 for luminairs, $8 for the others and you'll get them for free or darn close. I LOVE the mango flavoured soy candles!
Olay Ribbons Body Wash $3.97 Walmart - stacks of coupons on right now in the p&g bransaver insert and brandsaver.ca Pm to LD this week and get a bunch for free!
Dove products and Dove go Fresh - $2.99. I've got lots of body wash, facial soap bars, and body sprays for free with stacking these coupons on a sale.
Ivory soap $1.99 for a big pack of soap bars (10?) Superstore
M&Ms - Save your coupons for Buy these or Maltezers and get a free bag of M&M pretzels. I got mine after christmas for holiday M&M's for $1.64 each and got 6 free bags of pretzels!
Nestle Noir chocolate bar tablets $2.49 each. - $1.50 printable or $1. = $.99 or free with stacking.
Terry's Chocolate Oranges $1.99 before and after Christmas - $1 = $.99 each

McCain pizzas $2.49? I've noticed lots of pizzas these three brands will go on about this cheap at Walmart or elsewhere so save coupons for these brands. I think there is a printable out there right now for mccain.
